Excellent lens works great with my Nikon D7500.

I have gotten some beautiful nature shots, but at any amount of zoom you really need a high quality tripod and a remote shutter release.
Mr. Francisco Jenkins –
Good quality but a heavy lens. Tripod is a must if your shooting wildlife.

Lens works great on my Nikon D3200. It’s heavier than I expected but that’s just fine. Maybe need a Monopod for it.

I bought this lens to shoot action photography of my friends surfing. It’s a bit larger and heavier than I expected, but once I used it with a monopod it is well worth it over smaller handheld telephoto lenses. I traveled with it to Costa Rica and it did great. The auto-focus is quick and silent and it seems to work fine with the mirrorless Z6 plus adapter. I haven’t used it in too many other conditions yet, but as for as sports goes it gets the job done.

This is a very impressive lens. The autofocus functions great, a bit noisy (kind of a chattering sound, not very loud). I am pleased with this lens, with one issue it’s fairly heavy ~ 6lbs. I believe this is typical for a telephoto lens with this magnification, 150-600mm. I purchased this with the 1.4x teleconverter separately. This is my new go to telephoto lens. This lens is great for nature photography, & is great for those who photograph birds, (including high performance jet aircraft).I’m looking forward to my next Airshow with this lens. I use this lens on a Nikon D5600, I did purchase a new heavy duty tripod, & a threaded handle grip, to help manage the weight of this lens, for photos I take w/o a tripod. I would highly recommend using this lens with a tripod, or some kind of grip that attaches to the tripod mount for this lens. This lens allows me to take great pictures at a distance, but it also can work nicely as a quasi Macro lens. I have used this for this purpose, & the picture quality is excellent.I would recommend this to all who have a camera that is compatible with interchangeable lenses.
