This is a gorgeous lens, both in its build and image results. The 15mm is in between super-wide angle and wide angle. I got it for travel as it is small, light, and versatile. It’s all metal, feels exceptionally solid, and is butter smooth. The landscape shot is a test I did in March on our greenbelt. It’s off a Pentax K3 III and settings are ISO 320, 1/640 at f10 and 0ev. Note there is little if any falloff at the corners. It’s minimally retouched from the original RAW file, a PEF. The sky is a gorgeous blue, and focus is at infinity. The out of focus foreground has a nice soft blur. This lens would be perfect for street photography and is excellent for landscape. It’s fast enough for indoor work. If you need a little more wide angle than a 20-24 and are looking for a well built (all metal) lens this is one of Pentax’s best.
