I used double sided 3m tape to affix a shoe to an Osmo Pocket 1 bracket. The others went to various cages and work perfectly. It’s nice they included Allen wrenches and hardware.

The bad: Being metal, they tend to set off my Yungnuo flash triggers if they get giggled.Everything else is good. They come with ½-20 thread hex screws that go down through the foot and screw into the base plate, tripod, rail, etc. The kit includes two hex wrenches as well. They have two, removable hex screws in the bottom of them that keep the from sliding out of most Acra-Swiss bases. These are metal; your flash/strobe/light will break before these do.

They always come in handy, although I didn’t need but one. I didn’t manage to use the other one and I found a place for it so it was really nice to have to. Very well made, and must say great price.
