I purchased this well built power adapter this as an affordable alternative to the very pricey Olympus item. I wished a power supply or at the least a plug so I could make a portable one myself to use with my HLD-7 grip on my EM1 for some future very long time-lapse sequences 12 hours plus which I still am to get to, also for the same on my E5 as they share the same impossible to find plug. Works perfectly in my testing and I am sure will when I finally get round to spending a day sitting watching a tide cycle in and out whilst taking a time-lapse of it after I finish fabricating the planned motor driven rail for lateral movement during sequence. Only thing I noticed is the plug is slightly loose in the HLD- 7 socket but that is better than too tight, just need to watch don’t knock it out perhaps. Glorich who shipped it, considered which country I lived in and matched power plug to our style of plug even though that wasn’t how it was listed on Amazon, nice touch and I appreciated that.
