Looks great. Seems well made, but time will tell. My Canon camera’s built-in flash stopped working when I installed this cover. After a short six months of frustration, I realized it was the cover causing the flash to not work. If the cover is removed, the flash works. There is a hidden micro-switch in the hot shoe. I cut part of the cover away, now the flash works and the cover still stays in place. Different cameras may have micro-switches in different locations on the hot shoe. Look carefully!

Firms really good and protects the hot shoe connectors from dust and debris. Adds a nice touch to the camera. Wish they had more options because I’d buy a bunch of these!
