So far it works well, pulls power off a battery bank easily. No problems with a Lumix S5 II X.

I’ve purchased at least three other brands and styles of DMW-BLK22 dummy batteries and powered them thru USB C power. All have failed after very light to moderate use. All EXCEPT the FocusFoto. I’ve since bought six of these FocusFoto dummy batteries and all have worked like they should. I also like that the tag states the specs to be the exact specs Panasonic lists for it’s batteries.VERY IMPORTANT: I’ve tried multiple ways of power the USB-C. If you use the wrong USB-C power technology, you’ll get inconsistant results with this dummy battery. The best way to power this is thru a dedicated single port charger or single port power cell. Any USB-C that uses GaN technology might cause problems as it’s always short-changing the power in an effort to be as efficient as possible. On muliple occasions, GaN chargers have failed to send adequate power to power on the camera consistently. Once I got away from GaN chargers – especially the mulitport ones – I’ve gotten consitently great results with these.

Despite the description stating that it works with GH5II and GH5M2, I’m just circling back to report here that this does in deed NOT work with the original Panasonic Lumix GH5, so that no one else buys this my mistake for their GH5.
