It works for my Canon T2i. Almost returned it because my camera wouldn’t power on. I finally realized you have the route the wire out of the battery compartment through the small channel and close the battery door. Then it worked! Felt stupid. Happy it works though!

Fits with my Canon Rebel T4i so I don’t have to waste battery power when doing a product photo shoot. The cable is nice and long and it’s easy to attach/detach. I don’t know why I waited so long to buy something like this, if you are stationary and don’t need batteries buy this adapter.

I made a mistake when I ordered this. I have a Canon Rebel T3. But this fits the Rebel T3i.NOT the T3.I will keep it just so I have a backup charger but be careful which one you buy!

I bought this and it worked great when I first tested it however it failed when I really needed it for astro photography. After looking into the situation I discovered that I failed to see a rubber cap that covers the cord slot which allows the door to close and activate the power switch. Thats what happens when you buy a used camera without a manual…which is on order. Anyways, it works great.
