- NOTE:ONLY compatible with GoPro Hero 12/11/10/9/Mini 10 Black Bones camera lens.It does not fit other camera models.
- CPL Filter:Mainly used to eliminate polarized light, increase color concentration, deepen the blue sky, highlight white clouds, and eliminate reflected light from non-metallic surfaces such as glass or water. It can also reduce the soft focus caused by atmospheric fog in landscape lighting, but does not change the overall color balance of the picture.
- ND16 Filter:Neutral Density filter reduce light to decrease chance of overexposure, Polarizer filter increase contrast while eliminating reflection and glare. ND16 allows 1/16 of the light to pass through, which is about 4 shutter speeds. Reduce the shutter speed from 1/400 to approximately 1/25 with the same aperture sensitivity.
- The main function of color filters is to repair images and change their style. Magenta filter is used for green water, red filter for shallow water.

Honestly, I prefer better lights to the red filters, so I got this set just for the macro lens and it gets 5 stars all on it’s own. Sturdy and durable, although I did replace the lanyard with dyneema. It has been so great to have it clipped to my tray and having the ability to attach it mid-dive. For the money I’m comfortable spending on camera equipment at this stage of my diving journey, this has made my setup so much more versatile. It was a little stiff clipping it on out of the water, but it snaps on easy underwater. And if it gets scratched or lost, it’s not difficult to replace.
