I am almost as impressed with the product as I am with the customer service. I use this setup for a video podcast, and the cameras and features are as advertised. The video and audio are quite good; while I still prefer the wireless mic solution for interviews, I had a tech issue with my mics on my first use with these and was able to use the native audio from the camera just fine…sort of a lifesaver. The tripod for mounting multiple cams is well-engineered and increases the options. I have other tripods, but this one is always on my shoots because of the simplicity it offers. I did have a misunderstanding about my order and addressed it with customer service, and I was shocked at how quickly they were in touch with me, how determined to resolve the issue in my favor (and they did), and how they have stayed in touch with me to see how things are working. I can’t imagine they can do that with every purchase, but they did do it with me, so color me lucky. I really like the product and the company so far!

I bought this camera set for my daughter to shooti her own podcast. I’ve only done a test run and charged the cameras so far. But the picture quality and sound quality are impressive, to say the least. Plus, unlike competitors, they DON’T force you into additional subscriptions in order to access all of the features, unlike competitors.
