Just by looking at this, you would not think works at all. But this flash diffuser works wonders. I chose this after watching numerous youtube videos rating various flash diffusers, and this was selected as the best indoor flash diffuser. The best part about it is that it is inexpensive as well and attaches to just about any flash. Point the flash toward the ceiling, and face the reflective part towards the subject. This will diffuse the flash enough to make it not have that overly bright flash look.This is also great for outdoor flash situations, where the sun is shining bright and there are shadows on the person’s face. For this situation, use the white side, not the reflective side.This diffuser has two sides:Metalic/aluminum looking side = indoors flash diffusionWhite side = outdoors flash diffusion.
